Return & Refund Policy
The short version: every order is covered by our 30-day risk-free guarantee. If you don't love your Seat Hoodie, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — even if you've used it. Return shipping is on us.
How it works
Go to and click "Start a return." Log in with the email from your order (we'll send a one-time code — no password needed), open the order, and request your return. Once approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method once your return is on its way, and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

- Bundles are covered too — return the full bundle for a full refund.
- This policy covers orders from seathoodie.us. Bought on Amazon or TikTok Shop? Returns go through those platforms.
